We are hiring a Digital marketer & content producer

As a digital marketer and content producer at Synas, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns. This may include creating and distributing content such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts, as well as managing email and social media campaigns. You will also be responsible for analysing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve performance. Some specific tasks you may be responsible for in this role includes:

Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
Creating and distributing engaging content such as blog posts, videos, and social media posts
Managing email and social media advertising campaigns
Analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-driven decisions to improve results
Collaborating with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to ensure that marketing campaigns are effective and relevant

To be successful in this role:

Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, be highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive and trustworthy. We are looking for a team-oriented person who is driven by team results.
