The Fonn Group User Summit 2023

 

At the User Summit 2023, customers and end-users of Mimir and Dina shared their experiences, learnings, ideas, and workflows with an audience of 120+ customers, prospects, and partners. 

The User Summit rotates to a new location yearly with a selected co-hosting customer. This year, the event was held in London, close to the GB News headquarters. GB News opened its doors to the summit attendees with a tour that was part of the event program. 

An engaged audience spent two days together, with keynote presentations from the NY Times, GB News, Formula E, TV Syd, NRK, the University of Volda, and others. See this year's program here

 

How we did it 

The success of developing a customer engagement program with a user-driven meeting arena, such as the yearly Fonn Group User Summit, lies in careful planning, coordination, and communications, both internal and external.

The customers spend their full days at the event at their own expense. To make sure it's worth it and to build a concept that no one wants to miss out on, every bit of a piece needs to be done right.
